Good place rather I would say one of the few places in the area from Karolbagh to Moti Nagar for running and gyming purpose. The vast open area and fresh air helps one for good exercise and be fit. Must go on daily basis, specifically in morning (may avoid during winters). There is a defined running track which also helps aspirants of several police force exams. Also there is availability of other game track like long jump, discuss throw etc. There is also net for people practising cricket on daily basis. Also there are other sports available like basketball, tennis, football. The place is good for all range of people from children to old age people.

Good place for running, gyming, and other activities.nProper ground for cricket, volleyball, basketball, etc.nIf anyone has his physical (DP, CAPF, etc)...must go here... proper arrangements with trainer are available.

Amazing place for recreational activity. Organized cricket match for the team and they had a great time. Grounds are well maintained
