My overall experience is very very bad with them.nWhile I was placing the order I specifically requested two things before the delivery:n1. My cushion cover should be in same colour like sofa upholstery, andn2. I need one more leg to be added in the center  of three seater because the way I was done at that moment it looked odd.nThey agreed and told me that they will take care of both the requests prior to the delivery. So I made the full payment before the delivery. However, to my surprise when I received the delivery at my house none of those things were taken care of.nI tried calling them many times but no response and then one day owner answered the phone and said he will send someone to do the needful.nPost that day till today I have found three more problems with my sofa set  i.e.n1. Sofa back is unequaln2. Corners are not properly stichedn3. Most importantly on right hand rest foam is not properly placed and is hollow where you can feel the wood underneath it.nAfter discussing all these issues with the owner Mr. Anil Bhatia, he is saying we will send someone after 10 days a guy will come open my sofa and do the repairs. God knows how efficient that guy would be or would he be able to solve the existing issues without creating new ones.nI would request everyone to please don't trust the owner they take full advance money and quality and service is very very poor.nI feel harassed and cheated by Furniture Park!!!
