I have an horrid experience with Rose N Petals. It's one of the most unprofessional service provider when it comes to delivering cakes on special occasions. They made me wait for approximately 30 minutes before transferring the call to their customer care. The interaction was also extremely unhelpful as they were clueless with regard to delivery. I strongly recommend that please DO NOT USE their service. They will take all efforts to spoil the special occasion for you.

One of the best services experienced by a flower company. I ordered a heart shape bouquet along with a cake and gift hamper as shown in their website.nHaving bad experience in the past from other companies, I was a little skeptical of ordering online but my friend suggested this website and I thought of giving it a try.nAnd I must say that whatever I received was beyond my expectations.nI truly enjoyed the service and would definitely recommend it to all my friends.nThanks...

Fraudsters and liars is what I would like to call these people. It is a family owned business and they cheat customers big time. I paid a huge amount for an eggless cake for international delivery. They never delivered the cake and threatened me to do whatever I can when I called them for the reason behind non delivery. I even sent a legal notice and they never bothered to even respond to that. Unfortunately, I couldn't file a case as I was too busy with many things in my life at that time. Please DON'T TRUST these people. A colleague of mine too had a similar experience with them. Thus, it is known that they are habitual cheats. Even other reviews here echo the same. I feel so sorry for those reviewers too! What goes around comes around... Someday, these people will pay the price for cheating so many people... Till then, please keep away from this fraud company.
