My mother( age 54 yrs) went to her for the complain of pain in lower abdomen, she prescribed medicine for urine infection (without any urine test). My mother came home and take the medicine she prescribed, after 10/15 min of taking that medicine she felt intense pain, the pain was so much that she started crying and she was not able to pass the urine......my father and me got tensed and when i called her and told that my mother is having intense pain after taking the medicine she spoke very rudely and said then go for ultrasound and disconnect my phone ....then we (my father and me)took her to some other gynic Dr...when she saw the prescription of Dr. Pratibha gupta she said how can she gave these medicines when she had not done any test or ultrasound....she told not to take those medicine ....then gave some medicine and my mother got a little relief from pain.....I mean seriously how can Dr. Is so careless , really very bad experience.

Dr Pratibha has been my gynecologist since first time i conceive. Well as a doctor you do not only need to be good professionaly but also you have to be a great human to understand pain of people . Dr Pratibha stands out for me with a great mix of both.nnI wish her all the best and great success.
