Total disappointed not worth a penny. The food, staff, utensils everything was not upto the mark. The utensils and cutlery were not clean. The food served was cold had to ask them to warm it atleast. The staff was not quick. We had to wait for every little thing. Above all the prices are too high as per the quality and services provided. Not a pleasant experience at all. They did not have a lot of items available on the menu.The food was ready on the counter, however it was not served to us up until10 mins, which definately melted the whipped cream in half! They do advertise that there is free coffee but that's just to attract you in. The person asked me to bill for ₹1100 or more for the same. Atleast have the courtesy to put a star below that fake advertisement! At last when i wanted to pay my bill, their card machine wasn't working! Not Living up to the brand name for sure. Will never visit this IHOP, that's for sure.
