Because it's a Government bank there is always rush in all the things and all the time 10AM-4PM. If you are thinking that you can get free from Bank in just 10 mins doesn't matter whatever things you want but always consider and come with atleast 30-60 minutes if you have that much time in your hand then only come. Nothing can be done here quickly not even passbook entry or cash deposit and withdrawal. The security guard Anil is always pretend like he is the boss, he never talk to anyone politely always so rude and high pitched. Some other staff members are good those who are young around under 30-40 age. Above just always keep that in your mind it's a Government bank you cannot expect fast services like private banks. Thanks

No staff all. Staff members are very lazy they don't want to work & help peoples

Always force staff to do their work and help. Otherwise they are very careless and lazy to work. Specially young lady at deposit counter 6 or etc. She is purvi but she forget it Delhi not Bihar. Donot go to machines if they are available at counter.

Ease of banking is still not seen in any of the national bank, customer experience is also not best in class but trustworthy bank
