I don’t think they really care about the emotions between the let and the owner. Owner is not allowed inside the clinic where they actually treat your pet.nI trust their service but they don’t understand the emotion and that’s why I am giving you a 3 star.nAlso, I have been in Ahmedabad, Guwahati, kolkata with my dogs and non of these cities have ever had this funny rule of not allowing the owner with their little most loved four legged.nnTotally bad experience with you guys btw.

I am not at all happy with their services, they made us wait for more than hour and not even allow inside where they treatment the pet. they do tretment professionally but are not actually intrested in knowing other problems of pets and charge more.its better to take ur pet to another clinic instead of petzone clinic.

Had previously given PetZone a five (05) star rating. However since have dropped their rating score to just one (01) star for the simple reason that their focus is not to preserve life but to just treat animals & thus make money. I have taken in two (02) abandoned week old kittens from the road & have been struggling to preserve their lives. Despite repeated calls to PetZone, all I get in response is that our Vet is busy & can you bring your kittens in at our timing & not immediately cos we need to preserve these little creatures lives.
