Apparently they only provide shelter to dogs that are in Margao, I reside in colva and called them regarding two stray 4 week old pups, the lady who picked up was very rude and quite blatantly said no, quoting “we only look after dogs who are in Margao and we do not take puppies” what use is there of an ngo if they can’t help small puppies.
