Dear owner,nnplease check your records of Oct 2018 before replying as the first things we are chased for are the address proofs of all occupants however possible. Google suggested giving a review after a year so I gave it. N I don't want to pick instances but the owners created a scene on having our relatives(who were staying at another hotel) & were having lunch with us on the occasion of my niece's birthday.

If you need a clean and simple place to stay with all amenities then Sunshine park homes is one of the best. Both Francis and Stella are good people and helped us a lot. There were small small things like a sudden demand for tea kettle and then some kitchenware, Stella was prompt in response and provided everything at just a mere mention. Do not go on bad reviews, this is a well maintained property. It is close to Colva market and beach. If you are expecting a five star hotel then better go there. You will get more then you pay for, that is assured plus the warm homely feeling and birds chirping in the morning are free.

Value for money. Very close to Colva beach.nRestaurants and beach both at walkable distance.nNice stay with refrigerator and tv. Spacious ac rooms.nOwner very helpful and helps in smooth check in.nFour wheeler parking is an issue. So if you have your own car then will have to look out for parking spacenOtherwise very nice stay

I felt as if I am staying in my house... Stella is very cooperative and familiar also caring person I found in that unknown place.... Rooms were same as shown in the pictures...

The worst hotel I ever have been in my life.nNo Room servicenNo parking for vehiclenRude Owner.nThis hotel don't provide towels, soaps & if you dare to ask for these basic things owner shouts and says we only provide only once when you do check in. Very Rude in behavior.nThe worst have hotel in colvanOwner fransis and Stella should need to learn professionalism...they not even pronounce the word Sir or Madam to their guests...also they treated their staff a slave,my request you to all if u want to experience terrific experience then u should book this hotel; I request to the god that owner should be blessed .
