No one bothers to respond. I am abroad and tried sending emails, tried calling several times but no response. I would not even entertain any LIC agent henceforth

The staff is very good but LIC should pay more attention to the layout and interiors. Files everywhere. Its a fire hazard not to mention confusing for customers. LIC is lucky to have good staff.nMy main grievance is that the office is on 4th floor. the lift goes up but the button to call the lift on 4th floor doesnt work. So people have to walk down. Looks like LIC doesnt care about persons with disabilities or senior citizens.

I gave my policy to change nominee it's more than month this people don't care even I visited to the branch they said you will get through posts.
