Having experienced the chocolate room in Pune, i had high expectations from the franchise but it seems like the chocolate room here doesn't prepare most of the drinks and you're left with very limited options to choose from, which is a bit sad.nBut otherwise, I like the milkshakes here. I just hope they start increasing the range of shakes and items in the branch.

I dnt like the ambience .. the lights were not on properly and it just dnt get the feel. The Christmas star lights were off ... And the top seating felt meh. The presentation of my Hazelnut delight coffee was horrible.. the foam on top just a mess. The taste of coffee was totally not there, then they gave an extra shot of coffee which they charged for ud83dude44ud83dude44ud83dude44ud83dude44. I felt sick after drinking it...felt like hot milk. I don't recommend this branch of chocolate room. Most of the coffee and cuddle cups are never available.
