Great ambiance but service quite sad. The courteous lady at the reception took my appointment willingly, with flexibility and is very sweet. The staff who cut my hair, supposedly a senior stylist, was too stern and provided poor service of shampoo and cut hastily, and was overall impolite. Since I was staying at the hotel, next day upon suggesting to add another layer to the hair she said it’s gonna cost as much more as I already paid for the entire cut all over again. I couldn’t believe it. Sometimes they think we are novices with no knowledge of how it works and should just get overwhelmed with their compliments and love whatever they do, just because they say it’s great how it looks. Very disappointed. One bad staff can take down such a beautifully curated salon.nBuck up on the training guys. Not accepted for price charged and the hype.

I went for a haircut, but ended up getting a scalp treatment that was awesome!!! so relaxing!

I used the services while attending a wedding at the grand Hyatt. Despite the high volume (100+) the team did a great job for each one us on all three days and the branch head Saloni so effortlessly coordinated this for us.
Similar place
