They do not provide proper details when office will be closed. They should show that office is closed on google map too. I have come from so far and after reaching near the office I got to know that it is closed.

Got my tickets booked from the Panjim Air India office recently, have to say the staff is very helpful and office is decent as well. Kudos to the team!

Systems are always down and staff don't care for customers. May be because govt sector is always slow and works with bribe
