Coming from Canada, I didn’t mind Air India. It was a very comfortable flight. They also served a snack which included a small sandwich and a mango juice. The crew were really friendly and provided me with water or any other materials that I needed. Great customer service. Hopefully I will be back again and take Air India.

Worst airlines I ever travelled . Distaster interior. was travelling from Delhi to Sydney the Entertainment display not functioning throughout my travel. USB port broken. Staff was not friendly . Food disaster. they served meals as if they getting late. worst airlines. Should b stopped like jet airways.

Fly Air India where the staff are professional liars Best planes in the fleet held together not with nuts and bolts but parcel tape as seen in the photo. on take of and landing you are told how important it is to have your seat belts on, but the staff set the example by having no seat belt on and doing the cross on their chest praying for safe take off. Ripped off at Heathrow over the inflated return flight. Impossible to make contact with them, even the travel agent in Goa is having problems with them. I have never hated an airline more than these jokers. My advice don’t use this backstreet company, if they are happy to have the seat held together with parcel tape what are they using to hold the engines on. Unsafe unprofessional back street company avoid
