I had a very very very bad experience with them. They are not professional at all as well as they don’t know how to treat their customer.nIn their words,”it’s is your problem, not our...so we can’t help you”nTheir attitude is very wrong with their customers.nThey even don’t pick up their phone and you have to go and meet them at-least 4-5 times.nI purchased galaxy buds plus 20 days before and after one day only I realised that there is a defect in my right bud. So I went to customer care and at that time they assured me that they will give me a new pair of buds. They told me to come after one week.nBut then after their attitude was totally changed. They didn’t bother to pick up my calls and also they didn’t solve my problems.nAfter 20 days they gave me used and old right bud which is totally a defective piece.nI mean how can they fool their customers and then argue with them.nI really want to rate them negative.nI didn’t like their services at all.nThey are very unprofessional and literally not helpful.nAnd also now they are not refunding me but giving me coupons so that with the help of them I can buy new things from Samsung .nI mean please tell me, when I had such a bad experience with Samsung why would I again buy things from them.n#Iwantmymoneybackn#boycottsamsung
