Not a good place to visit because the institute is not having good medicine facility which is very basic need...forget about the injections or any other emergency requirements. Institute must pay attention over this bcoz hamirpur itself is having less medical facilities and less hospitals.....the health centre at nit need to be equipped with proper medicines at least

Not a good place to get sick on first place. Because the medical facilities available are below average. For all kind of illness pains , there is one medicine Paracetamol. Doctors are experienced but it doesn't look like when they write prescriptions. It's a dispensary inside NIT, very basic medical assistance available here.

It's fine if one doesn't have other options available.
