Booked this service online as we were travelling to an event at Mcleodganj. Our driver was waiting at Airport with a sign, our name clearly printed on it. The driver's communication skills were excellent. He double checked our destination and return time, informing us that he would be picking us up, also. At the end of our event, taxi and driver were waiting. The driver and car were excellent. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

Great communication when booking with this company which is great to have confidence that someone is going to be there waiting for you in a far away place. The driver was waiting for us early in Dharamshala Airport with our name on a sign, he then drive us to Mcleodganj in a very clean and comfortable car. We thought we had just booked the taxi for a return trip but turns out we could keep the driver for the entire day.nThis was amazing as he look us to all the highlights of the city then back to our hotel. Constantly throughout the trip Mr. Nitin would call and check we were OK and happy with the service.nCant recommend this company enough....best price and best taxi firm by a mile.nThank you for making our experience of Himachal great one.

Good service , timely pick up , clean car and reasonable rates. Drivers was very professional and well mannered. Used their services twice from Palampur to New Delhi and back to the same route. Recommended.
