I can give minus star if available, as per the right we can use washrooms... Started from Kottayam today m(8th March ) 4am on the way to Mysore and stopped Near Gundalpet Shell Petrol station (3pm) to use washroom. Before using i checked the water is coming or not, i asked the staff, he said he will switch on the motor. But didn't do neither he instructed somebody, he is attending filling petrol and i had to request him multiple times, but not happened and left finally. I am very disappointed the way they are working. Take action againest this issue.
