Poor and unprofessional behaviour from the staffnnStaffs are talking each other about there personal things infront of the customer without attending the problems or issue of the customer.nnWithout showing professionalism how can you grow. This is the main reason that no one is interested to associate with your bank in this locality.

My experience with Axis Bank Palaklad branch has been very good. Customer friendly. Though frequent visits to the branch are not required with net banking facility in place, but whenever I visit the branch with specific requirement, staff could resolve/ attend to the issues expeditiously..Keep up the good work...

The staffs working here are the worst. Last thing they care about is what customer wants. Without even listening to what we want, they just blindly push their priority/privilege products which are extremely costly. If we ask about some other products, they don't bother to help. Very bad experience. :(

Executive staffs are good behaviour. But present manager is very negative character like.. If u want to u continue other wise no need..
