They need to do a better job of pre-washing vehicles... Thanks for responding Mr. K Carwash. This wasn't the first time your employees performed a poor job of pre-washing. Not just my vehicle but others too! Instead of relying on customers to notify your employees of their lackluster pre-washing, why not train, notify your employees, expect higher performance from them on your end? Yeap!

Pretty dang nice car wash. I really liked the vacuum area. Not many places will have the cleaners and rags that you can use. I will be going here again.

Purchased a $20 wash and my car wash even halted cleaned, no tire shine and bugs were still on my front and mirrors. Pointed this out to management but they didn’t have a solution. I’ll never spend another penny at this place
