The main attraction of this place is Maitri Sabhagar, the auditorium. In this auditorium, all the main functions, cultural programs are performed and movies are shown. So this is the most happening place in Vindhya Nagar, NTPC colony, Waidhan, Singrauli.nThe residential quarters in Russian complex were built to house the main erection team of Russian employees. These are among the oldest buildings in this locality.

Haven't been inside there but passed by it several times, it is exclusive theatre for NTPC employees. Other functions are also organised here.
