We had a great car buying experience with Christian at Olathe Toyota! He spent a lot of time answering our questions while we compared vehicles. When we decided to make an offer, he was wonderful at helping us get a very fair deal. Christian was such a nice, non-pushy salesman and so was the rest of the Olathe Toyota team. We highly recommend Christian and this dealership!

Detailing service not done right - dropped the car for detailing, I got a call to pick it up to find the car was half done. The service desk were nice and asked to leave it another day. When I picked it the next day the detailing much better, took a quick look drove it back home and while driving I noticed seats were not cleaned from the sides.

Pressure free buying experience. I came in knowing what I wanted and Brice was able get me what I wanted. The finance team was very helpful in not only finding the best rate, but the best terms that would save me money in the long run. We had a hiccup with the installation of some after market parts that did not fit my vehicle from the manufacturer. I was able to work with Brice and Kenny to get the issue resolved. Service department was also very helpful with this issue. Would recommend this dealer and if something is not what you expected speak up they are happy to assist and make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Great experience buying a new car at Toyota Olathe! The Salesman Robert was excellent in showing us used cars, new cars and helping us with the decision process. We actually got the right car with the right technology etc. when , after all our research, we really found ourselves not prepared to purchase... Here is where Robert helped us understand the value of the new technologies of Toyota Hybrids.. 40 Miles to the gallon is pretty sweet for an small SUV!
