Great customer support. Mike Hall and Aaron Challis are great guys that really take time to assist and communicate with the customer. Couldn't ask for better. Everytime I go to Bob Howard Toyota I always get great treatment. Update: Had service today 10/9/20. Still a great place to have your car worked on. Service is good without being pushy and work is done well and quickly. They all seem to listen well and get the job done.

I was very comfortable in there waiting area while they serviced my vehicle. I was extra happy to see that they gave it a quick wash! This was a routine service call, nothing out of the ordinary. Isaac was very polite and professional. When I later needed "custom" help with a tire, they brought one to me over an hour away from the dealership at no extra charge! Very much appreciated!!

Bob Howard Toyota experience was below average. Got a fair deal on my purchase and trade-in. Not good, not bad. Buying experience was okay with the typical hard sales tactics. The sales manager actually walked in saying he was going to "drop the hammer!" So expect this type of personality to work with. Issue #1: The person arranging appointments called and text repeatedly early morning despite already confirming a test drive time directly with the sales person via phone call, text, and email. Yes, three different confirmations. Perhaps this is some weird sales tactic to be annoying before a test drive? Issue #2: The experience with the detail shop was terrible. Agreed to an afternoon test drive to allow time for proper cleaning. The vehicle was not ready upon arrival. After purchasing the vehicle, I was told to leave the car for detail work. I returned 5.5 hours later. The vehicle still had soda stains on the steering, seats, dash, and center console. Waited another 45 minutes. Upon return, the detail staff claimed they did not have the spare key. After 1 hour of retracing steps with little help from dealership staff, I finally asked where the detail shop was located. As I walked into the service bay, the clearly visible "lost key" on their work desk was immediately found. I still ended up cleaning the steering controls and console myself.

I bought a 2020 Toyota Camry from Hunter at Bob Howard. He was excellent in explaining all the features and how my new car worked! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything! He answered all my questions and made sure I get the best deal possible!! I highly recommend Bob Howard and working with Hunter! AMAZING experience!!!

1. In for oil change. 2. Appointment made in advance. 3. Pondered reviewing for 24 hrs prior to doing review. 4. Have found this to be consistent. 5. Previously my daughter had an even worse experience. Two hours for a 20 minute procedure. So not time efficient. Next said 49.99 for a standard oil change. I said I thought you were running a special. Reply you might have gotten a coupon in the mail. So I looked again and they had a special on their website. I found and showed the rep. Ok I can use that. Then after the 2 hour wait came to me to find the ad on their website so he could price the oil change??? It was on their website but obviously they don’t honor unless the customer asks and then provides them with info from their site! This makes me question how they treat all their guests. That $20 difference really could help or hurt folks on a fixed income. My daughters’ previous experience is they basically forgot she was there and she waited 3 hours before being brave enough to ask. The next time she went in, she asked her dad to go with her so they didn’t ignore or forget her again. We will drive a little further and shop around until we find a better experience.
