Serves was quick, and hassle-free. I only interacted with one associate in the Service department, Jason. He was fantastic! Friendly, and outstanding customer service. He was helpful letting me know what the projected cost would be before they took my car in, and pointed out all of the places I could wait in their facility while maintaining social distance.

Prompt welcome at service entrance, thorough explanation of what was to be done for the maintenance interval, comfortable wait area while 20,000 mile service performed. Toyota Care plan covered cost. Avalon returned without any evidence of soiling due to footprints. In short, friendly, efficient, and capable service work. Jason in service always most helpful and pleasant to work with. Always upbeat and considerate oof his customers. Definitely recommend Molle.

Been driving and buying Toyota for as long as I can remember. You always take good care of me and my vehicles. Had service done on my Camry and made a plan to have more work done. Just had new front brakes installed. I’ve been very happy doing business here for at least 25 years. You are dependable, professional and very accommodating! Thank you!

We had a great car buying experience yesterday. Our salesman was honest, personable, and knowledgeable. He was also very thoughtful and went out of his way. If you visit Molle Toyota, ask for Wesley. He made the process easy and pressure-free. Also, shout out to Darnell in finance. He was also amazing.

Great Job Molle! Jay Beach in the service department is doing a first class job. I presented him with a challenge I was facing with my Tundra, and not only did he resolve the issue, but he went above and beyond to be sure that I was completely satisfied with the results - he also got me in for a much needed oil change! Jay coordinated all of this with Kelly (Collison Department) while my vehicle was in for an unrelated fender bender. Kelly has been fantastic also - she received my initial inquiry, followed up quickly and professionally, and greeted me with a warm smile when I checked my vehicle in - thank you! Being new to KC, it is so nice to find a Toyota dealership that puts their customers first and is a ONE STOP SHOP. Great Job Molle - I look forward to getting into a new Tundra next year!
