I've bought or leased about 5/6 cars in my life. None of the other experiences compare to the pleasant experience I had with Derek at Toyota of Dallas. I happily drove off in a new Tacoma in less than an hour and a half. Derek and I negotiated the terms of my lease prior to my arrival. I had requested numbers from a few dealers but the others told me to "come on in for a test drive" or gave me terrible numbers (for negotiation purposes, I'm sure). Not Derek. His first price was fair and detailed. We quickly agreed on price and he agreed to help me finalize the deal that day. Once at the dealership, he didn't try the old bait and switch or any of the other typical car salesman moves. Instead he quickly documented the deal we had reached (after a test drive). Lamont, the finance guy, then closed the deal in less than fifteen minutes. I would recommend Derek and Toyota of Dallas to my mother.

If it wasn't for that email, and your hard work I wouldn't be driving a brand new car right now. Toyota of Dallas you really take care of your customers. I am so grateful to this dealership. Derek Oh was great to work with. I let him know what I was looking for and he gave me a great deal on a new Tacoma. I checked around at other area dealers and he had the best price hands down. He didn’t waste any time going back and forth. The paperwork was all ready to sign when I arrived at the dealership and I was in and out within 45 minutes. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

I got a new 2020 Corolla for my daughter she loved the vehicle and Jose Morales gave us a great deal she really needed a new car. was happy with the whole car buying process he walked us each step making sure we understood everything. Loved his customer service :) keep up the great work Jose!

Perry Willis helped us get a new truck! Made the process extremely easy. We were able to work a lot over phone/text and then came in to see the 2 trucks we were choosing between. I feel like he fought for me and the price we wanted. Would recommend Perry!
