It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I used the website to get information and within minutes I got a response. Gave information and within minutes I got a call. The sales person was very polite not pushy he found us a truck we liked helped through the paper process. We went pretty late to the dealership but he stayed with us till the very end. A 10 for him! Absolutely awesome! I’m glad we chose them to buy our new truck!

Better experience then Sewell. Words can’t describe how grateful and thankful I am for Vandergriff Toyota. The whole entire staff was beyond great! Starting with our salesmen Nasir, truly a remarkable salesmen at his craft, my wife and I did not feel rushed, the van was washed prior to us driving it and him apologizing for the long wait (well worth it to get into a washed car), he really took the time to hear us and serve us, Shaq was hands down the best manager he say a place to insert himself and make sure everything was going smooth and in fact he saved the sale, I absolutely loved talking with him and felt that he wanted our best interest. Cook the GM absolutely went above and beyond, he was incredible to deal with so polite and professional a master of his craft. Even after we bought the van he came out and pointed to some curb rash and said come see me later on I’ll personally make sure that underside bumper is fixed. Incredible!!! Then John in finance amazing way to end the night, he was very fun to deal with, personable and went above and beyond. Overall this is was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and I will forever be buying my cars from Vandergriff Toyota. Bravo well done 6/5 stars! AMAZING TEAM EFFORT. I had a great experience buying my very first car on my own with Vandergriff Toyota! Immediately as we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by the Toyota “Family” as they call it. Great customer service and good values and work ethic. More specifically, a huge shout out to my salesman, Pedro. He was patient, engaging and had extensive knowledge on the vehicle I came in for. He answered all of our questions and was very professional... May I add he is also comforting and nice to talk to aside from business talk! Not too pushy, and super helpful. Easily the best experience I’ve had thus far when purchasing a vehicle. I’ve been to 3 dealerships in the buying process and was pleased to finally have peace with my decision to go with Vandergriff Toyota. Everyone left happy that night... and I appreciate the time Pedro took to work with us. I can’t write a long enough review!!! Just go! Oh, and ask for Pedro! 03AUG2020 my wife and I bought a 2020 Camry SE Nightshade. This was the second Camry purchased from Vandergriff. Matt was our salesman and Devon was the POC/salesman for online query and negotiations, and for lining up the transition from online negotiations to in-person walk-around and test-drive. Both gentlemen did an outstanding job communicating with me and answering all questions. They made the transaction easy, stress-free, and completely pressure-free. Matt is personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable of the features and functions of the car we purchased and did a fine job as a product ambassador for Toyota. The hand-off to the finance team was smooth. Leticia was our rep for finalizing the paperwork and getting us out the door quickly. She did a great job explaining our options for extended warranties, gap insurance, and details of the basic warranty. This part was also zero-pressure, and was done professionally and was respectful of our final decisions during this part. Once all paperwork was concluded and it was time to get our keys, our salesman, Matt, returned and brought us to our new car, made certain we were satisfied with the cleanliness of interior and exterior, and got us set up with a few key settings and features of our Camry ensuring we were both comfortable and familiar with the functions and features and how to personalize the settings to our preferences. Overall we had an incredible experience and I appreciated the zero-pressure sales facet, and the time Matt spent familiarizing us with the features and customization available to us in the menu settings before we left the lot. We walked away satisfied with the negotiated price, and the overall experience we had. Great job Team Vandergriff! Appreciate y’all!

I had an amazing experience with Josh and the Sales Manager, Kennedy. They had exactly what I was looking for at a fair price, and won our business. It was about an hour drive away, and once we got there they did exactly what they said they would do over the phone and made it a very easy and seamless process. Very happy with them and will be coming back and sending others their way!
