It was absolutely the best car buying experience I have had. Starting with Curtis Nichols who searched for exactly what I was looking for. Josh Austin was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with as our salesman. Erica was fantastic in the credit department too. Again, the best car buying experience ever. I am not normally one to write reviews but recently purchased a hybrid Toyota Highlander at Wyatt Johnson Toyota and wanted to share my experience. My wife was approaching her due date with our 3rd child and we knew that it was time for a new car as the family sedan was no longer going to cut it. I had been putting this off as I don’t exactly enjoy the process of shopping for a new car. In total I believe that I called 15 dealerships that were within 90 miles of Nashville. Some dealership would not discuss pricing over the phone and were pressuring me to come to their dealership and test drive something. Most sent me a quote with a token discount off MSRP and didn’t want to budge until I had a better quote in hand. Others said they would call me back and never did. Finally, there was one that didn’t seem to know the trims/options on the Highlander. And then there was Wyatt Johnson Toyota….When I called, Nick S asked me what he could do to earn my business. Based on some of the deals I saw in my research, I gave him an aggressive but realistic price. They were able to provide me with the best pricing out of the 15 dealerships that I called and completely met my expectations. They were straight forward, easy to work with, and are fair and honest dealership. If I could rate my experience higher that 5 out of 5 stars, I would. I will certainly be recommending them to my family and friends. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, do yourself a favor and give them a call to see if they can earn your business. We had a great experience at Wyatt Johnson Toyota. Our salesman William was professional, polite and not pushy. The manager Chris was awesome. We definitely felt like we were able to get the vehicle we wanted for the price without any hassle. Definitely recommend them and will go back in the future

Chip w/Sales and Erica w/Finance were awesome. Chip kept me informed about every 3-5 minutes about the paperwork being processed and was great from start to finish. Erica in Finance went over all the numbers and details of all my paperwork and made sure I understand each paper i was signing. On August 29 my wife and I went to Wyatt Johnson to see if they could buy out our existing lease and buy a new car. Our salesman was Joshua Austin who went above and beyond to help us out with our situation and give us the best deal possible. Till this day this has been my best experience ever buying a car. He made sure that we were comfortable, offered us lunch, and most important he was extremely transparent in everything regarding the financing of the vehicle. In the future when we are ready to upgrade our second car , I’ll 100% go to Wyatt Johnson and purchase a car from Mr. Austin.
