I compared prices at almost every Toyota dealer in East Tennessee. Brandon gave me the lowest price on his first offer. No haggling. Other dealers claimed to price match but Capital Toyota didn’t play any games and were transparent from the start. Brandon was very knowledgeable on the product as well. Entire sales process was extremely smooth.

Andrew in the service dept was extremely helpful. I have an autistic child and he does not do well waiting. Andrew got the rental to us very quickly and when my repair was done, he brought my car to the rental place to meet me, so i wouldn't have to wait or have to switch my son back and forth too many times. I will definitely come back here for any of my service needs.

My 2018 Tacoma had a recall for Fuel Pump and it stopped running on a very busy Highway and called Capital Toyota and they immediately got me a rental vehicle from Enterprise. The Service Department was Phenomenal throughout the process and kept me informed on status! This Dealership is incredible from the minute you walk in the door and the entire staff deserves recognition!God bless you all and thank you for taking such great care of me and my vehicle 🙏✝️

I have known about Capital for many years and my son was a customer back in 2013 and loves the place. On my purchase Robby was their rep and the whole experience went smooth and I was pleased with the deal. Nobody will tell you they like buying a car but this experience was about as good as it gets!

The guys in the parts department were friendly and very helpful to me in picking the right part and navigating the parts website. The part came to NC ahead of the estimated time and worked perfectly. You guys are bookmarked and I'll use you all the time. Good job!
