My experience with Evans Toyota was phenomenal! I have come to this car dealership several times with several ideas of what I want, but never any conclusion. However, Alexander Smith has guided me through each experience and has helped me pick the best car that is the most beneficial for my lifestyle, personal car feature desires, and a payment plan that is both manageable and highly desired. The representatives of Evans Toyota have won me over as a lifetime customer because they are really in it for your best interest and that is what made the experience all the more memorable.

First time I've been in a Dealership, and went for a vehicle on their lot. The staff was cool, friendly and patient while knowing their stuff. Was pretty good to leave with a nicer and newer vehicle at the end, definitely digging this Toyota Corolla. Thanks to both Raul for answering my call and Nick for assisting me through the rest of the details, and sale. If you need a ride, you should head here and get yourself acquainted with their team. I had the best experience at Evans Toyota! Not only did they get back to me super quick with all of my questions but their dealer offers more than any other dealer I’ve ever been to! My husband even decided to purchase a car from them shortly after! I’ll be recommending Evans for all of my friends and family looking for a Toyota!

Had an excellent experience purchasing a new 2021 Highlander today at Evans Toyota in Ft Wayne. The sales person, Brandon Mainz, was quite knowledgeable about the model we wanted. Also thorough as he went through the entire process with us. He asked us excellent questions, listened well to our responses, answered our questions, and then assisted us in setting up our phones with the new technology in the vehicle. The manager, Sam, was respectful and not pushy as he negotiated a deal that (I believe) we were both pleased with. Have to mention the financial manager, Mr Cramer. He efficiently (as possible with all those forms!) took us through all the paperwork and was a pleasure to work with as well. May have been the best "car buying experience" I can remember. Only negative was the time commitment of 3+ hours. Bought our third Toyota Highlander. Really like the new upgrades, especially the safety and technology. Finally.... Apple Play enabled!!
