This is the BEST car dealership! Everyone there is amazing and truly cares about you! I was privileged to be helped by Ken Davis. Ken and his wife went above and beyond to help me drive home in an amazing new car. They were friendly, kind, and kept me informed each step of the way. He treated me with respect and truly cared for me. I cannot say enough positive things about him! I will be referring him to all my friends and family who are looking for new cars!

I just purchased a 2013 Camry SE. Excellent customer service!!! I was looking for this vehicle online and they had exactly what I was looking for. Drove 4 hours from Iowa to purchase it. They made my experience very pleasant. I did not time it, but I swear it couldn't have been more than 30 minutes to close the deal including financing!!! A+++ rating. 5 stars and beyond rating!!!

I have been a customer for 17 years and I made the mistake of trying a different garage for repairs about a year ago to save money (subtract 2100 from that comment). As it was Andrew’s wound up fixing the problem I had within 2 hours where the other nameless garage wanted to keep my car. I did wind up turning in my 17 year old car back in March when I couldn’t take one more repair and I was scared I’d get laughed at when they looked at my financials. Life has been a bit ugly for a few years and a third grader is doing better then me some days when it comes to money. Aidan who is like the best sales person ever wound up working a good deal for me and he is just a decent human being. Being a decent human being is a big deal these days. He’s great and I think it was Brian who helped me with the financing and I’m glad he convinced me to get GAP insurance. It makes me feel like crying when I think about how nice they were to me because I didn’t think I’d ever be able to have another car lease again. I can’t thank them enough. The years I went there for repairs I was always treated decently and nobody dinked me around with wasting my time. I lived in Bay view and then West Allis so I will travel to wherever I live for lunch car repairs. They really make you feel like family and I’m so grateful. And loyal! Loyalty is everything!!!

Thank you, Marc and Steve, for your assistance with the purchase of our 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid! We are so appreciative of your efforts to work with us and our purchase and trying to complete the bulk of the process electronically before we even arrived at the dealer. We literally spent five minutes at the dealer (maybe even less) to finish the process and obtain the keys. Honestly, I don't know if I would ever buy a car another way again. First time buying a car on my own, and I chose Andrew Toyota for the selection of used vehicles they had. I was eyeing a car on the website and was able to test drive it and come back to purchase a few days later, without feeling pressured to buy same-day. I think this has a lot to do with the salesman, Charles, who was really awesome! He was considerate and listened to what my needs were for the car, and was just fun to talk to as well. Definitely ask for Charles if you can!!!
