Edit: A few hours later, John gave a call and was really apologetic about the whole situation. I'm guessing it was just a one-off incident and it just happened to be how I started my day. Thanks again for the great service John, restored my outlook and made my day! "Our car purchase was great, the sales rep was amazing, but the service plan has been a nightmare so far. We paid extra for essentially an oil change every 5,000 miles. The coupons they give say at the bottom " The coupon must be presented at the time of purchase." We scheduled on the website, there is no place asking if it is a service plan and you have these coupons. We drop the car off, and when we come back to purchase the services we scheduled, we are told "the car mileage is 1,000 over the coupon." Firstly, the coupon is for service at 70,941 miles and the car is at 71,130. That is 189 miles over the mileage due on this coupon. Technical miss on my end I think, no biggie let me just use the next coupon early. That's when I'm told the coupon had to be presented upon drop-off of the vehicle and there's nothing we can do now. We are out $70 on service we already paid for when we bought the car."

Toyota had a recall on my 4Runner. Marietta Toyota did an excellent job through their Service department. Brian was very kind in taking my vehicle before my scheduled appointment. He made the the whole process so easy in getting my vehicle serviced and returned to me within the same business day after expecting a full 24 hours without my vehicle. The rental car was an amazing experience. It was wonderful to drive a new 4Runner. As nice as the new 4Runner was to drive, it was even better to receive my vehicle back. Oh, how nice it drove home! The best place to purchase a car in the state of Georgia. As a non-resident of Georgia, my boyfriend and I met Shakeem in the parking lot looking at the available cars. The process was worth the time, energy, and patience invested on both sides. The staff was really nice. I highly recommend Shakeem, he was kind and very professional. We were very guarded when initially meeting him because of previous experience at past dealerships. He did not encourage us to fill a credit application to or pressure us to sit down inside and talk about things he could not deliver. He's a straight shooter. He will not sugarcoat the situation. He tells you what can and cannot be done. Shakeem was able to assist with getting me out of a deal I did not like and also included negative equity. Overall, it was an awesome experience. If you're looking to purchase a car this is the place to go.

I have been renting from Marietta Toyota for the last 2 years. I have had a wonderful experience renting vehicles from them. On the customer service side, I had the pleasure to deal with Frank Lewis. Franks is friendly and professional and wants to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with the rental experience. He always approaches customers with a smile and listens carefully to the customer requests. Thank you Frank for going out of your way to make sure customers are truly pleased with their rental experience.

Laura, the person that helped me find my new car, was amazing!! She was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and took her time with me so I didn't feel rushed at all. She made me feel so comfortable that I felt like I was part of the family. I even came in with my girlfriend and baby and she made sure to get us in and out as quickly as possible so the baby wouldn't get fussy. Then when we finished with Laura and we went to Alex for financing, he was also amazing! He was very friendly and explained every option to me so I felt comfortable making such a big purchase. I will definitely do more business with this location in the future!
