5 Stars isn’t enough for my experience at Tuscaloosa Toyota! From Larry Stacy, my salesman to financing man, Joe! They were awesome, patient and just all around a pleasure to work with! Larry was great, showing me a few different vehicles until my heart wa set on my 4Runner. Great at answering my questions and even grabbed my tag for me I forgot off my trade-in! And on the plus, I was in and out in about 2 hours! Thanks, Larry & Joe for such a great experience!

I had a really good buying experience at Tuscaloosa Toyota. Brandon Lee in Sales really knows his products & can answer any questions you may have. He also had my new vehicle in perfect condition when I took delivery of it. Theresa in Finance worked really hard to get me the best deal possible. Overall, they made car buying an easy process! Oh, and of course, I love my new car also.

Got my brand new Camry LE 2020 and I love it!!!. The customers service here in Tuscaloosa Toyota is wonderful. They’ll walked you through every step of the way and give you a great quality customers service. Marcelo and Jeremy are the best sales representative in Tuscaloosa Toyota. I would highly recommend them both to work with you in getting a new vehicle. They are friendly and they get the job done smoothly with no hustle. Teresa (works in finance department) was the best! We had a few obstacles getting certain documents and she walked me through every step with patients and always a smile. Marcello was very helpful as well and I would definitely recommend this dealership! The were HONEST about everything and that is more important than anything when you’re spending this kind of money!

I’ve worked with Hoover Toyota and bought a new 4 runner At Tuscaloosa Toyota! Both did outstanding jobs! They don’t put pressure on you at all! I experience pressure at another dealership and left because of it. These people were amazing. Laid back and wonderful experience. Bryan showed me the 4 runner I wanted to try out and got everything set up. The day I came he was actually on vacation but communicated very well to me about it. He gave me his cell and said if there were any issues to call him. Bryan allowed a new guy named Jason to train and close the deal! Jason did an excellent job as well and will be a wonderful fit to the company! Thank y’all for everything!
