Abby and Zach were incredibly helpful! Zach set me up to work with Abby during my Toyota buying experience and from the second Abby got into contact with me; it was smooth sailing the rest of the way. Abby was extremely attentive, sincere and created the easiest car shopping experience I could have asked for. She was very knowledgeable of the car and listened thoroughly to my requests to ensure I got the best vehicle to fit my needs. I left with the exact car I wanted and having received the best customer service experience I could have asked for. My husband and I recently bought a new car from Groove Toyota. After our great experience there, from start to finish, we really can't recommend the dealership highly enough. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful, but we especially appreciate the excellent service we received from our salesperson Dan Southern. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process without being pushy. He helped us to buy the car we really wanted at the price we felt comfortable paying. We couldn't be happier!

I had the best car buying experience at Groove Toyota. As fist time buyer I had no idea what I was doing, Austin Leblanc was absolutely stellar! He helped me get into the perfect SUV, he went above and beyond to get me what I was looking for, and answered every question I had, and I had a ton. As a first time buyer I was so fortunate to receive such professional and experienced service as Austin has provided.

Patrick was amazing. He helped streamline the car buying process so it was quick and painless. He did not pressure us at all and made the car buying process enjoyable! Sam (the finance guy) went above and beyond too. He secured an interest rate that was far below what we were hoping for making the car even more affordable. This is our fifth car purchase and by far the best. Thank you so much Patrick and Sam!

Want to give a shout out to Kyle Hartman and Patrick Shannon, absolutely terrific experience leasing a new Tacoma for my daughter. Zero pressure sales, they give you the options and let you decide what's best. The entire experience was streamlined and none of the "let me ask my manager" BS that permeates most dealerships. A great price was arrived at from the beginning which made the final negotiations even easier. Highly recommend, these folks care about their customers and it's evident.
