Very positive experience with Kool Toyota! I stopped in this afternoon to replace a head light that was out on my 4 Runner. I was immediately greeted upon arrival by a very friendly gentleman that was more than happy to assist me. With the snow coming down, my car was pulled inside to swap out the headlight and I was treated like I was as valuable as a customer that was there to buy a new car. Their team went above and beyond to make sure a new bulb solved my problem. Very impressed with the service and parts team for their attentiveness to a quick and inexpensive repair. I appreciate the efforts and had a great experience. Thank you!

Got a new 2021 4Runner and could not be happier with the experience. Adam B. was as honest an straight forward as they get. They started to help with pricing the best they could with very little actual negotiating. I previously had a 2018 model and he still took the time to explain the new features, pair it with my phone for me,... he just made sure I was ready to leave without anything unanswered. The finance manager was super friendly and not pushy with anything. Could not have been more pleased with my overall experience.

I purchased a 2005 Toyota Sienna from a family friend who only had it worked on here. I was skeptical thinking it would be expensive. I have to say, you get what you pay for! The staff, managers, and overall atmosphere is unparalleled. Lance (Service Writer) took my call for some work to be done and he was kind, specific, and answered all of my questions. Not only that, but you get texts now detailing the service needed for your vehicle with photos and explanations. It's wonderful! Thank you Kool Toyota team!

I recently bought a new car from this dealership. I cant speak for the rest of the representatives. But the person I worked with, Adam Bock, is amazing. I've bought quite a few cars in my life and it has never been this easy before. Adam didnt pressure me into additional things, he offered, I declined and that was that, he communicated well what I needed to have done to purchase the car, and was just overall great at his job. I would 100% recommend working with Adam if you want to purchase a car without issue. I forgot to mention he is a super nice guy! Thanks Adam, I hope you get recognized for all your hard work.

I leased a car from Kevin hall a little over a year ago and STILL he is ALWAYS there for anything I need ! The customer service surpasses expectations and not only that, but with leasing the vehicle he was extremely transparent. I won’t go anywhere to anyone else! Kool Toyota is THE place for new car and leases and any service needed. Mike from service is also so so great and goes above and beyond. Can not express enough how great this dealership is compared to many others ☺️
