Great Service! DH said everyone was friendly and efficient while doing the oil change and whatever comes with it. We've dealt with them for four years now, since we bought a 2016 Highlander, new; off the lot, so not a custom package, but it was great for what we wanted. We have never had any problem at the Inver Grove Toyota. To this date, anyway. I love my Highlander!

AMAZING! Just want to give Ruben and his team a huge thank you, for being amazing at what they do. Ruben helped us pick out exactly what we wanted in our new car. He was friendly, professional and NOT pushing us to buy a car like how some sales persons can be. We took home our brand new baby the same day.. Talk about fast! Larry in financial was also very friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend Toyota IGH!

My van had a recall on the low pressure fuel pump and the experience was a very good one. I was met by employees who were cordial, courteous, and professional. All my questions were answered and I was furnished a free loaner car that was clean and there was no charge.. I have bought two vehicles from this dealer and all of my experiences there have been similar. Its a great outfit! And, NO, I am not related to any of the employees! 8--)

Thank you Inver Grove Toyota and Chuck for making my 4Runner trade in experience simple and enjoyable. You had exactly what I was looking for in another 4Runner. We checked other dealerships for used 4Runners and no one had the selection like Inver Grove had. Chuck is a wonderful sales associate and I will DEFINITELY use him again when the time comes. He was easy to talk to and was very transparent and accommodating. Thank you again Chuck!

Got my routine maintenance done today and it was handled by Justin Flynn. I highly recommend him for service. He went above and beyond to provide a welcoming experience. He even got me a band aid for my thumb. The staff here always go out of their way to offer quality service. My friend asked why I drive so far to get my maintenance done and it's because that kind of service can't be replaced.
