My wife and I were very pleased by our experience, purchasing a new vehicle last month. We would without hesitation return to O'Brien Toyota for future vehicle purchases and recommend the dealership enthusiastically to other prospective customers. Our salesperson, Wesley Martin, was excellent: He is personable, knowledgeable, and he communicates well - via email, text, and phone, as well as in person. We felt that he assisted us and did not pressure us, which we appreciated. All of the staff members with whom we interacted were pleasant and helpful, and the dealership facility is comfortable and well maintained. The only element of our purchasing experience with which we were less than satisfied occurred at the end, while we were paying for our new vehicle: we were asked to make decisions regarding two protection plans (tire replacement and extended warranty, if I recall correctly), which would have increased our payment amount substantially. It would have been helpful to us to be informed about these options earlier, so we could have given them more careful consideration. We were, on the other hand, impressed after purchasing the vehicle, when we expressed concern to dealership staff regarding a sound that we hear when we release the accelerator pedal. When those with whom we spoke initially could not give us an explanation that satisfied us, the General Manager of the dealership, Kyle Bond, offered to assist us: he listened to our concern, discussed it with a Toyota Master Technician, and conveyed to us a very helpful explanation. We were delighted.

I have been living as a teacher in China for the past 17 years and just recently have been stuck at home in the States with only 2 weeks of summer clothes. I’m in the middle of grieving and don’t even know if I’ll ever be able to get back to my China home to pack my life up there. so buying a car now that I can’t get back was so emotionally taxing and seemed so hard and overwhelming. BUT Patrick and Josh at O’Brien helped me narrow down my wants vs. my needs and what I could actually afford and didn’t get pushy or slimy sale-like with me at all. They listened and helped me so much! I was able to find a car that fit my budget and would serve me and others for years to come! And my experience even back in Finance was phenomenal as well! This is the place to buy from! They will take good care of you! Thanks Patrick Barttell, Josh Warner , and Ken Walters! I’m a customer for life!

Today I took my car in for an oil change and 65,000 mile checkup. Service was excellent. Only took an hour. Associates kept me safe by wearing masks and social distancing. They even put a steering wheel cover on for added protection! They called me to pickup car promptly when my the service had been completed.

Have to edit my overall review for this dealership from 5 stars to 1. In less than 6 months, I have already had major AC and brake issues with the car I purchased here. I felt confident in the purchase because the care history on file showed the car had routine maintenance done. Now, I am starting to think that was not for this particular car. I am at a loss how a major AC leak, brake pads AND rotors have to be fixed/replaced so soon after purchase. This car has turned into a real lemon, and I am disappointed it was sold to me in such a condition, after being told and reassured that it was completely good to go, had received a full service before hitting the lot, and the care history was top-notch. I realized when I had to use my tire/wheel protection plan that the car info recorded there was for a totally different car as well! Now I have no idea if the VIN is even for the car I have. Again, just all around disappointed. My advice if you do go here, is to maintain your level of skepticism, and bring a mechanic with you to check it yourself.

Fast, friendly service. Answered the phone right away, had my parts ready to go. I needed a new 12v battery and they taped the warranty paperwork to the side of the battery in a plastic sleeve to ensure we never lose it. Really impressed, they truly go the extra mile!
