Justin and all the Team made thing easy , I was in and out in 70 minutes with my new car. No hidden fees. Very trustworthy business. I highly recommend going there first, you won't have to go anywhere else . The only issue that disturbed me was the fact I was forced to buy a Warranty on a car that supposedly was under warranty. It added $2500 to my cost. Which increased my payment. Not sure if this is standard practice but should have been told why the warranty was not included.

Took my my friend in with his Toyota Corolla in for two recalls, Seat belt harness, and computer update for transmission. While there I had them go ahead and do an oil change and front-end alignment. With zero battery issues. 7/9 Picked the vehicle up according to the checklist everything else was fine. 7/10 The following day car would not start, and had to jump the vehicle 7/11 Monday again had to jump start the car, took it back to Don Moore, showed them the check list, the Service manager, Cody, told me us it had a faulty battery and changed the check mark from good to replace (two different color inks still have the check list) and refused to admit fault or take responsibility for the “all of a sudden” bad battery. When we dropped the vehicle off the odometer read 88563, when we picked it up 7/10 it had 88587, they had “test driven” it 24 miles. I had told him to write down the mileage, good thing I did, unfortunately Don Moore, Cody, Colton have zero understanding of the word integrity.

7/9: My Toyota Corolla had two recalls, Seat belt harness, and computer update for transmission. I made an appointment to have these taken cared for. I also scheduled an oil change and an alignment with Toyota. WITH ZERO BATTERY ISSUES. 7/10: Picked the vehicle up, according to the employee, Jennie, everything was fine. 7/11: The following day I went to get in my car and it would not start. I had to jump the vehicle. 7/13: Monday, again had to jump start my car causing me to be late for work. I took it back to Don Moore and showed them the check list. The Service manager, Cody Barr,  told me I had a faulty battery. I showed him how the check mark on my paperwork was changed from from good to replace, and he refused to admit fault or take responsibility for the “all of a sudden” bad battery. On an additional note, when I dropped my vehicle off the odometer read 88563. When I picked it up 7/10 it had 88587 miles, Toyota had “test driven” my vehicle for 24 miles. I felt that speaking with Cody was a waste of time, he lacked any customer service skills. Then, I reached out to Colton, the general manager of Don Moore, but apparently he couldn’t be bothered due to his lack of integrity. What gets me is that the maintenance checklist has two pen markings regarding the battery performance, "good" as well as "replace". If you’re in Owensboro the drive to the next closest dealership will be well worth it!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They included a very expensive extended warranty to my monthly payment without asking me. They never did show me what my monthly payments would be without the extended warranty. I Very Dishonest company as this was not a mistake.

I was very disappointed today I called about 9:00am had all my information together I had a cosigner sent the information in they didn't never received it, only to find out that they could not give me a used car or a SUV I was very hurt& disappointed at the service I received today I had to call them back 6:00pm to be told that I needed another co-signer 😣😔😔😔😔. I waited all day 😟 😫 Missing out on others deals because I just knew that Don Moore auto company would give me a car today. Oh well thanks. You all have bless day
