17 Feb 2021 Again you are avoid the delivery at home my shipment no is H41032410nnWorst Delivery Servicenni got a call from the delivery person and he is asking me to receive a parcel from his office. I paid delivery charges to a shopping site for home delivery. Why should I go to the office to receive the parcel? My home is only 3KM away from the DTDC office. if my address is not serviceable then why DTDC received percel from the shopping site.
Not providing delivery at home within 3 KM. always saying receive parcel from DTDC office otherwise they return the parcel. #DTDC
