Giving one star because no option of giving zero or negative. The executives are always busy on their cell phones doing chatting and playing games. Very arrogant talking with clients. I suggest Veena Patil Madam should take away the franchisee rights from these people. It spoils the name of a rerouted firm like Veena World.
