They do not value the relations with old customers.. we were purchasing from shoe mall since last 6-7 years however one day when we went to exchange a shoe the very next day of purchasing it the sales boy arrogantly said that the shoes are washed.. if we are spending thousands of rupees in your shop, then why will we wash and exchange a show which was cheaper as rs.1000.. Money is not important relation with customers is important.. the sales guy could have told us that they do not exchange instead of blaming that we have washed the shoes.. nowhere in the world anyone would return a washed shoe.. disappointed

This place is pretty good, and has all kind of trending footwear in akola.
