What I thought to be a premier private bank in the country turns out have the most incompetent staff who does not know how to handle customers and does not have the basic etiquette, especially Mr. Hussain. They do not know the services provided by bank. Instead of solving the misunderstanding,he resorted to shouting. Is this is how a bank is supposed to work? To be honest, this is not anything personal just a review of what I experienced.
