Absolutely outstanding mini facial and hot stone massage and as it was very quiet, a personal sauna and swim session. I feel completely re-energised. Highly recommended!

Superb outstanding facial massage and fullbody massage from both masseurs and lovely afternoon tea, sauna and swimming..will be going back...thumps up...

My friend and I came here using a voucher that we got from a third party. This voucher was for some treatments and afternoon tea.nnThe treatments were fine and the staff were nice and professional, but the afternoon tea was horrific. The value of this tea should have been about £30 per person but we waited for 45 minutes after arriving in the cafe (they also wanted our proof of purchase despite the spa having booked our slot for us) got a few disgusting finger sandwiches and some generic cakes. It was an absolute rip off.nnThe spa itself is very small but we didn't mind as we had it to ourselves. It is only really big enough for two people at a time.

I had a package that included use of a sauna, steam swimming pool and gym. But there was no steam which is what me and the girls was looking forward too. The gym was 4 machine's ( not that I wanted to use it anyway). The package also included a 2 course meal in the hotel restaurant, but I found the food homely rather than restaurant quality. My friend had a goats cheese and onion tart, but it was no tart! They gave her a bowl of red onion (that wasn't caramelised as per the description) cheddar cheese and goats cheese. There was no pastry for the tart base and she couldn't eat it! She said it was disgusting! She sent it back, but the restaurant refused to substitute it for something else. The 30min massage was nice and we all enjoyed it.

Hot stone massage its very relaxing ud83dudc4cud83cudffe the staff are polite. The place is clean. But I feel like it could be bigger and feels a bit outdated.
