Very good spa. They really care about their clients. We're used to going there often, and, one day, we had a bad experience with lots of noise during the whole massage. They then offered us to come back again an other day to get a free massage. We really appreciated that, very professional behavior. Would really recommend this Spa in Dubai. Only inconvenient is that it's quite pricey, but the quality is there !

I've tried several Spa in Dubai but the massages at Jiva Spa are by far the best I ever had. It is very relaxing. We came back several times and we were never disappointed. The therapists are very professional. I highly recommend the Spa at Taj Dubai.

Enjoyed our couples massage, very relaxing and pleasant experience. Only downside was the closed general spa facilities due to COVID but perfectly understandable.

They make you fill a form with what you like and not but they don't follow.nCharge a lot and the therapy was a waste of time. We went for a couples massage and both of us did not enjoy.nDon't recommend this apa to anyone.nPlease save your money and time.
