Place were too noisy I couldn't relax during my treatment. The staff are not so friendly no say hi, thanks or smiling. The massage are super horrible The way she messaging me was not so professional. She slide the mattress where I lay down for massage wherever she wants and always woke me up. There is no flower bath like in the picture. And when I tried to ask them to took my picture they were rejected me. I never been experiencing such this horrible massage. It's so not worth it. Paid so much money but not feeling satisfied. A lot of spa place are so much better than this place. I won't be back again.

Bad bad and very bad customer service. They don't need you, they don't need to work with customers because they have Instagram influencers and photographers which pay lots of money just to take nice photos.nnThey didn't answer for 2 days and we just couldn't book it at all. If you want to work, please teach your stuff and improve your support. Don't want to come anymore.

This is not the massage that make your muscles relief, it's just soft hand movements of the women over your body without feeling any changes in your physical condition after the end of the session. You can consider this a liesure time spent rather than a massage

We absolute loved this spa centre!! We had a 4 hands massage... an experience I recommend to anyone! The staff was extremely friendly and kind and the location is just the most beautiful you can find in Bali!!
