Baripada is the district headquarters of Mayurbhanj District in Odisha.This place is very congested for bus stand of a District HQ.nLocal Government is not arranging/taking any initiative for expansion /change of bus stand for a long time. Baripada Municipal Office should take proper time bound initiative to change the bus stand to a specious place with the help of District Administration.Mayurbhanj is the biggest district in Odisha State adjoining to West Bengal,Jharkhand and the people of these two states regularly moves to this district particularly to Baripada for multiple purposes . Most of the inhabitants of this district are Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribenbelong to very poor category. Condition of rest room is not up to mark.

Communication facilities is best in odisha. People are friendly. Bus stand is clean, food quality is much more better as compared to bhubaneswar and Cuttack bus stand with minimum price. This bus stand is having one well conditioned toilet.
