Godrej Interio - Anu Enterprise | Furniture Store in Baripada

Anu enterprise is a Godrej dealer. As I am a regular customer of Godrej furniture and it is situated in my locality, so I went there to purchase a sofa set and an almirah. After choosing the items, they sent the almirah to my home. This almirah came in pieces and was to be fitted by their mechanic at my home. But the mechanic could not fit my almirah properly and when I pointed out the problem, the mechanic made vague arguments. As I had a similar items of same model before at my home, so I compared both and showed the difference in fitting to the mechanic. But instead of fitting it properly, he again tried to browbeat me with absurd argument. When I informed the owner of Anu enterprise about it, he told that the mechanic is right . Due to paucity of time, I had to keep the ill fitted almirah at home. Then when I told him to deliver the sofa set chosen by me, he declined saying that it has already been sold, although I found that it was lying in the show room. Even if anyone advanced for the item, yet how he sold it to someone else when I had already finalised the rate of the sofa and almirah with him beforehand? This is not ethical business.nHowever the owner is a gentle person , but it seems he has not proper control over his business and he lacks knowledge about the nitty gritty of his business. As a result he is dependent on his staff much more than required.nAnu enterprise should look into customer service and customer satisfaction rather than being dictated by the staff. Every thing is OK here except customer service as they promise more but deliver less.
