I recently got nail extensions and hair color done from here. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of work. The hair color looks amazing and better than I even imagined. The staff take very good care of the customer requirements and pay attention to every detail. I am happy that I chose this place as I went their only for nails work but I took other services too as I saw so many happy customers around. They are thorough professionals and they will take good care of you. So must must must try them. Amazing nail art work and brilliant hair colors. Kudos...

When I first visited the salon my experience was so great, infact I recommended many of my friends to this salon. When I visited for the second time o god ! What to tell ! My cuticles are in worst situation. The blood was not stopping and the employee looked not so interested in the pain I was going through. Secondly, the process of my French tips was done by hand and the tip is so uneven. It looks so unprofessional.nMy first experience with you was phenomenal but when I called then they didn’t accept their mistake or any sorry was not asked. Just wasted my money.

The worst customer treatment... The manager doesn't know how to treat the customers with respect. She shouts at them and behave disrepectfully in a rustic manner.

Very ill mannered and unprofessional!!nA big NOOOOOOO for this salon.nNow making excuses and posting my videos on Instagram without taking my permission.nI booked the appointment for Nails and eyelash extensions. While talking on phone about the eyelash extensions the lady give different price for a design but while doing it in store she didn't agree with the price and she was rude. I came at 1 o'clock and got free at 7:30 because I had to wait for 40 minutes for my nails there was only one person who was a professional and two other people were on break. For my nails three different people did their job which was disappointing. I will not recommend anyone to visit this place again. I found it very unprofessional.nwhat are you talking about money. we are making excuses or you are hiding your weaknesses. no tools ,no services, no basic nail paint colours. how can you ask for such big amount for poor services?nI am warning you to delete my videos from insta now only otherwise I will take action.nso ill mannered!

It was worst experience with Pearl. The owner is so sick snd ill mannered. They sent me prices and pics of eye lashes and nail extention on wtzapp chat. When it I reached there they kept me on waiting for 45 mins as their employees were on break and only one was professional. Then they asked for different prices .nI will not recommnd it.
