The physiotherapist(Dhriti Sharma) provide a very personal service and seem to ensure that the atmosphere is calming, professional and friendly. She was incredibly approachable which definitely made me feel more positive and relaxed about my son's recovery. Things were explained in a much more comprehensive but understandable way by her.
