Working hours are from 9-12. Only one desk for a long line of people who want to pay challan fees. First you get a token from the long line if your documents have reached here. Then you stand in another line to pay the fine. It is inefficient, horrid, and a horrible way of doing anything. Your License might take a long time to reach there. One month is the minimum time. Not a good place to visit.

If you want to pay challan go before 9 am ( around 8:30) as there will be a line for token.nThen you have to pay the challan and wait for a few minutes to recieve your RC or DL.nTook only 30 mins in the whole process.

Reached as per date mentioned in chalan but they ask to revisit after 1 week . As my RC has not been received by RTA office even after 1 month.....so please come after 1 week as per date mentioned in chalan copy.

Due to slow process of releasing challaned documents, it gets crowded and chances of spreading Covid increases. 1st you have to get token then you have to go to separate counter to make payment and then again wait for more than a hour to get the document.

I am putting review on my experience basis. I filled all form online with 100% accuracy. Photo JPG Was there and sign as well. but what happen in RTO office they said all to click photo and sign, I did this when i reach after 3 hours after standing line officer click my photo and sign she said for learner it is not mandatory I said ok, I given later test, I passed , At home I check online she made changes in my photo just do formality and sign was as it was there in , Now conclusion was this ,if you fill online every thing then I don't think we need to wait there for line , even test online password was at my phone, if i login that it will also be given online from my seat , if you check sartih.parvihan site (online test stall, that password what we need only there in RTO) But only pretending there job waste other times and make thing lengthy,, JOB JANE KA KATARA BUS
