One of the best gym in 7 phase Mohali.nThe vibe is really nice and excercises are taught in perfect way. Must join for muscle toning and Overall body weightt loss.

Best ever Gym i have ever seen. Even trainer is very good by behaviour and professional.. They train each and every step. If you are a beginner then it would be a perfect place to workout and start over..!!ud83dudcaaud83dudcaa

The gym is well-equipped and the staff is helpful and friendly. They help you reach your body goals with a proper diet plan and several exercises. I only took gym as I wanted to gain, but cardio workout equipment and guidance are also available for people who want to lose weight.
